Mindfulness

 

If you're looking to create a calm, focused workplace, support staff wellbeing, or bring balance to your own life, then these sessions will provide practical tools and techniques to help reduce stress, sharpen focus, and enhance your overall wellbeing.

 

My approach to mindfulness teaching is grounded in accessibility, compassion, and inclusivity. Each session is designed to support the diverse needs of the  participants by offering flexibility in posture, movement, and sensory engagement. The spaces we practice in will be calm and welcoming, ensuring that everyone can participate in a way that feels comfortable and safe. You are encouraged to engage with mindfulness in your own unique way that works for best for you and your body. 

 

Through the practice, you will cultivate an expansive sense of calm and resilience, empowering you to integrate mindfulness practices into your daily life, and experience greater ease, self-awareness and balance. 

 

These sessions are trauma sensitive and designed to fit all bodies, abilities and levels.  No previous meditation experience needed. Everyone is welcome.
