Therapeutic counselling offers you a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

 

This is a collaborative process where we work together to understand what’s troubling you, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and support you in finding clarity, new perspectives and helpful ways forward. 

 

 

Inclusive Mindfulness Sessions 

 

Rooted in ancient meditation traditions and supported by modern science, mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, regulate emotions, and improve overall well-being by calming the body’s stress response. 

 

In these sessions you will learn to cultivate mindfulness through gentle exploration, meditation and awareness of body and mind. 

 

 

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of gently bringing your full attention to the present moment, just as it is, with kindness and without judgement. It's a way of coming home to yourself, moment by moment. 

What can I expect in a Mindfulness Session?

In a Mindfulness session, you will be invited to slow down and connect with what is in the present moment. I will guide you through simple, grounding practices - like breath awareness, body scans, or gentle inquiry that helps you reconnect with yourself in the present moment. I draw upon therapeutic understanding and meditative wisdom, to help you cultivate self-awareness, compassion and resilience - at your own pace, and in your own way. 

Is Humanistic Existential Therapy right for me?

Humanistic existential therapy is grounded in the belief that we all have capacity for growth, meaning and connection. It honours your lived experience, your choices, values and inner wisdom.

In our work together, we don't rush to fix or label - we slow down and explore what it's like to be you in the world right now. We might explore relationships, identity, freedom, purpose, anxiety, life and death. 

If you're someone who wants to feel more connected with yourself, understand your patterns and live more meaningfully - this approach can be deeply supportive.
